Position Overview:

Are you an experienced roofing sales representative eager to showcase your skills? Shepherds Creek Roofing Co. is seeking top talent to join our team. As an experienced sales rep, you'll operate on a commission-only basis, allowing you to earn what you're worth. We provide leads and ensure that you will get to houses to sell – once you've made the sale, the company handles the rest, allowing you to focus on closing deals and delivering exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ⁠Utilize your roofing sales experience to convert leads into sales, promoting our roofing, siding, gutters, and insulation services.
• Conduct thorough inspections to accurately assess customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present estimates and proposals during customer appointments, ensuring clarity and confidence in our services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing support and addressing inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing sales.
• Ability to work on a commission-only basis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of the roofing and exterior home improvement industry is preferred.
